It was another successful trip to the Ronald McDonald House. The staff there was happy to see us and remembered our last trip there when we fixed homemade fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, bread, and dessert. The staff indicated the patient's family expressed to them how good our meal was and how nice it was to have a home-cooked meal. This time we served spaghetti, fried chicken, garden fresh salad, garlic bread, and a dessert of fresh berries with Cool Whip. There were several family members, coming into the kitchen and stating how good it smelled what we were cooking. After arriving, the soldiers unloaded the groceries and got to work. We all had our stations to work at and the meal was ready in no time.
