The day was clear and crisp but a little CHILLY outside..
We were met at Race Trac by DJ Mann, Soldier Girl, and Baker B, who drove to this event. Silver Fox met us at the event, also via Car. While at the Race Trac, we were met by a neighbor of Easy EEE, who just happened to be getting gas.  Impressed with our motorcycles, he stated his interest in becoming a Buffalo Soldier. Hey, a future Prospect!  Once at the event, we were treated to a variety of chillies from different parts of Florida, with more than 10 chilli vendors.  All are vying for that top prize of the King of the Chilli Cook Off.  We tasted chili made from Gator meat,  Deer meat, and your household chilies with all the fixins, Cheese, Cornbread, Crackers, Onions, Peppers, and Tortilla Chips.
